My complaint:
I made an order with a restaurant through just eats, I had called the restaurant to see how long the order would be after placing the order and was told it would be an hour and a half as they were really busy so
I asked the restaurant if it was ok to cancel which they agreed to. I cancelled on the just eat app and it said if I’ve been charged I should receive a refund. I never received this refund and emailed just way to say that this was correct as it was slightly over their 5 min grace period which was never told to me when I cancelled otherwise I wouldn’t have bothered cancelling, I called the number they have for just eats and she said there is no one senior and she just deals with packaging, I’ve never known anything like it.
