My complaint:
On the 3rd May I placed an order through Just Eat that didn’t arrive. I have had no explanation as to why it never turned up and the are refusing to compensate me for it. I used account credit that I had on Just Eat and all I’m asking for is for it to be reimbursed and an explanation as to why I never received my order. I have tried several times speaking with Just Eat and am getting nowhere with them.
Suggested solution:
I want reimbursed for the order i didn't receive and an explanation as to why I didn't receive it and why Just Eat feel they have the right not to reimburse me for it.
