My complaint:
We placed an orderfor Burgers at Teddys on Rockingham Road in Kettering, Northamptonshire whereby as we place orders regularly with this establishment we had earnt discount to the sum of £27. Teddys cancelled the order on us with no explanation.
I called them to ask why and was told they only had 1 driver, so I then said can i collect to which they said yes. I said that they would need to refund the £5 delivery charge as they were not delivering to which they then said that would not be able to do the order. Some kind of customer service and disloyalty to a regular customer – a complete con!
The order number for this on Just Eat was 1666810520 on Friday 27th May 2022
This was all because they did not want to provide the discount that they have signed up to with Just Eat
Suggested solution:
They should have honoured the order letting me collect and giving the discount that they signed up to
