My complaint:

ordered mcdonalds from longwater Norwich on the 14th January as you can see by the receipt, on delivery we only received our drinks, the driver said they cannot do anything, I called McDonald’s they also said they can’t do anything and said I have to request a refund from just eat, so I requested a refund and on the email was told it can take up to 14 days. So after doing that I then ordered McDonald’s again but this time from thickthorn, on arrival again we only received our drinks plus 4 extra bags of drinks and 2 McFlurrys that we didn’t order, was told the same thing as the first order to request a refund though just eat so that’s what I did and again on the email it said it would take up to 14 days. So in total I spent just under £60! 13 days later I received an email saying they’ve credited my just eat account by £18 for one of the orders another email for the second email saying sorry you didn’t receive your toys as these are free we can’t give you any compensation. I then emailed them saying it’s not good enough, I want the money back in my bank account not in my just eat account and I want all my money back, they then replied saying they’ve credit my just eat account by £17 and said they are sorry. Still I’m £60 down, now can’t afford to pay my bills and fuming! justeat justeatuk

Suggested solution:

I want my money back into my bank account not my just eat account! I am short on money now can’t afford to pay my bills! I’ve already lost my job as a care worker due to not being vaccinated!
