My complaint:
My order did not come. order – Order Number 1717050690
Sunday 17th July 2022 (Status says delivered but we never recieved order).
Rang the resteraunt to find out time of delivery and they said 20 mins
called 01933315138 a second time and asked where my order was after an hour and 15 mins… they lied and said that the order is out for delivery.
– Called again after 20 mins (as we live 10 mins away £4 delivery fee) They said The driver is 2 mins away.
– Called again and asked where my order is after 10 minutes.. They said we are so embarssed we never processed your order – they lied to us 4 times!!!!
– I asked for a refund and they offered us a free dessert.. I said no please can we have a refund as i spent £33.21 on 4 desserts and they have no turned up. They kept repeating their offer and said next time you come in you can have a free dessert. I said no I really need my money back as we won’t be returning.
They rudely hung up the phone.
My partner rang them and they refused to do anything about our refund and said to contact just eat. They hung up on my partner.
Suggested solution:
Gave me a refund £33.21 as we received no food after 2 hours and they lied to us on 4 occasions.
