My complaint:
Paid for mcdonalds £15 in total
Driver said he delivered order but no order recieved. I have cctv outside my house to prove this.
Just eat won’t refund me or sort anything out.
So now not only have they took money off me but they also robbed me off my food that I paid for so now I’m going to work all day without anything to eat
Absolute joke
Pic is a screen shot of my cctv at the times of when delivery was supposed to have happened but there was no one stood at my door
Suggested solution:
By giving me a full refund for food and delivery etc which was £15, having my order delivered what I ordered plus something extra before i take this down the legal route and get just eat for fraud and thievery
