My complaint:
I recently used just eat and yet again I did not receive my the main item. The only reason I made the order was for this item. When the driver arrived I asked where the rest of my order was and he said he didn’t understand either why i would order such little and pay so much for etc, he himself said I should complain. When I told just eat via email and on the app as they were not responding at first. They did not get back in touch until the next and wanted a picture of the item which I did not receive that’s the whole point in why I am making a complaint they said they will not issue a refund but they took my money and I DID NOT receive my main item
Suggested solution:
They should resolved my complaint by refunding me for the item I was charged for but did not receive. I was charged over £15 including delivery for £3.72 worth of items because I did not get my main item
