My complaint:
I have not been able to order Just eat for many months. I cant order with any card. I cant order with PayPal Funds. Only cash is accepted all other payments are declined. All the cards PayPal accounts have funds.
I have contacted Just eat many times over the last few months about this issue but they do nothing, they cant resolve the problem. I have spoken to them by phone live chat each time they fail to resolve the issue ends up being a waste of time.
Last time i contacted them i ask for the account to be deleted if they cant resolve the problem, they done neither.
Suggested solution:
either fix the issue so i can order or delete not deactivate delete the account.
