My complaint:
My order was 2 hours late and when it arrived it was cold and inedible. The ice cream was completely melted. When the driver finally arrived he wouldn’t give me any reason for the lateness of my order.
Suggested solution:
I want to be reimbursed the full amount I paid and not in the form of credit on my just eat app.
