My complaint:
I ordered a 200ml Joop go for my son’s birthday in March 2023 he’s used it literally 3 times and the spray nozzle has stopped working .
I purchased it from Superdrug but they are refusing to help saying it’s a manufacturer fault and I need to contact them. So disappointed in Superdrug customer services.
Can somebody guide me in what I can do as I can’t seem to get hold of any contact information for Joop manufacturers
