Joop Homme complaint: Rashes, red marks on face , stinging when apply , hives

My complaint:

I bought joop 125ml from Superdrug , i unbox it and spray on my wrist , in 5 mins skin hot red , sore , itching scratching , i washed but still hurtful , started bleeding on my arm , im not happy at all , as Superdrug told me can’t help , and to tell you

I don’t know up to them , but im not happy at all
