My complaint:
Bought the Joop cologne from a superdrug in edgward, the smell is potent and off.
when returning it i was advised they could not and to contact Joop directly to make the complaint. I have contacted them back in October when I bought it, since then still not had a reply, while the automated response claimed someone would get back to me in 48 hours
Its 4 months down the road now, I have sent them several more emails but still no response!
atrocious customer service!!!
Suggested solution:
Refund me my money, at least reply to my emails
