My complaint:
Hi.. I bought a bottle of joop 200ml about 4 months ago.. I’ve only used 10% of the spray and now the bottle has stopped spraying. I’m really disappointed as the mechanism has a fault and cannot use the rest of the 90%. I cannot return to store as I have no proof of receipt. I hope you can help. Thanks
