My complaint:
I received a bottle of Joop Homme for my birthday in November. My mum bought it in the St Albans branch of Boots the chemist in St Albans and it was the usual purple colour when I got it but I went to use it today and it is completely clear. I’ve never had this happen before and find it very strange. I’ve attached a photo to show you what it looks like now.
