My complaint:
I just received my Joop cologne from Amazon and it has no smell. I have been using this cologne for year’s and I know what it smells like but the last few times I ordered it there’s been a change. When I use to get it at Macy’s back about 2 years ago , anyone in the room could smell the strawberry sent would compliment me but know you can spray it on your hand and nothing. My wife just tried to smell some on her hand and nothing. I just got this bottle and I want to know why it’s changed?
Suggested solution:
I would like to have the Joop cologne that I use to get but I feel they are watering it down and for over a year I have been ripped off. I want the Joop with the strawberry sent I fell in love with.
