My complaint:
I ordered a family saver yumburger and fries thru food panda. Unfortunately the delivered item was only the yumburger. So the delivery rider went back to the said branch. The manager contacted us but didn’t apologize for the inconvenience it has caused. They delivered the missing fries an hour after. The delivered fries was so salty that we cannot take to eat it.
Suggested solution:
This should be escalated further. Customer service is poor and feels like it was our fault due to there inappropriate behavior.
