My complaint:

Last February 27,2024 at Jollibee Graceland Plaza Marikina, Manager displayed unprofessional behavior in front of me like refusing to listen my concern and dismissive attitude toward my inquiries.

Also, she show unnecessary delegation towards to other employees despite being capable of handling tasks herself.This conduct creates a hostile work environment. I recommend to address this issue because it reflects how the Jollibee handle their customer’s.

Suggested solution:

Recounseling or add another training for her bad attitude.
