My complaint:
I bought a carton of 100jp real red my normal brand. On opening the first packet and lighting up they seemed to burn at the end and its like lumps of wood that is in them and cant seem to get a draw out them. Im now on my third packet and it hasnt got any better. You would think they were cheap under the counter cigarettes. This is the first time ive come across anything like it.. Its just just its my only enjoyment in life and they are an expensive item i would appreciate if you could sort out my problem
