My complaint:
I bought a pack of John players smooth opened it excited to have my first smoke of the day I pulled it out lit it to find it was broken right at the bottom ring. I pulled out another one to same issue after taking off the pack and foil I found the whole pack to be broken in the same spot. I’m a loyal John players smooth smoker I will not smoke anything else I have had this happen before and let it go because it’s only ever been a smoke or two. With the price of them these days I can’t afford to buy them and not be able to smoke them. The store refused to help sad I needed to contact the company.
