My complaint:
I have bought player superkings real red cigarettes twice in last 2 days and both packs of cigarettes had very loose tobacco. As i took a cigarette from the pack the majority of the tobacco fell out and I was left with half a cigarette. There was a problem with the majority of cigarettes in the pack.
Suggested solution:
A voucher would be satisfactory as I buy these cigarettes daily and I was rather disappointed with the last 2 packs I bought.
