My complaint:
The cigarettes are empty at the beginning of cigarette every packet ivs purchase is the same i end up cutting the end of cigarette off due to their being no tobacco in before i light my cigarette i feel i waste more money due to this
Suggested solution:
fix the issue , pack the cigarettes correct as the clearly arent also refund me with me with a voucher, for all the money I've wasted since purchasing them
