John Player Cigarettes complaint: Defaulted cigarette

My complaint:

Where the filter is placed in the cigarette there is less than half a filter so it makes the cigarette unsmokeable

Suggested solution:

I feel I should get a voucher for a pack of cigarettes. As they are so expensive
