My complaint:
Hi their I just want to say I have never complained about anything before. But I pay 16.50 euros for jps blue I get 29 , I bouth a pack 3 weeks ago and their was 3 fags in that pack that tasted like a menthol cigarette witch is horrible as I hate that ,bought another pack they wer ok maybe 1 in that then I got another yesterday and their has been 5 in this box that have it .I’m very annoyed to be fair 16.50 box and I’m throwing them away their the disgusting I’m not having it it’s a joke their so expensive i want to know why this is happing and ye got rid of menthol cigarettes so what’s going on I’m fuming
Suggested solution:
Stop mixing the fags up with shxt pieces of menthol and give the right fag to each box it's a disgrace and drop ur fags price that's a disgrace too and dont worrie I have tried to give them up but I cant so please short it out
