John Player Cigarettes complaint: Substandard product

My complaint:

I recently bought a packet of JPS real blue, only to find several of the cigarettes had loose filter wraps so they came apart from the cigarette, making them unsmokable

Suggested solution:

Replace the cigarettes or some compensation
