John Player Cigarettes complaint: Sneaky change, disgusting flavour. Made to seem like menthol (before the ban) but no menthol and a horrid taste

My complaint:

Prior to the ban I stocked up on these cigarettes. I bought them in Asda. I asked for 60 JPS players Superkings green fusion. The lady went to get them and she said, oh they must of changed the name again. If now says filter. I shrugged it off since they have been changing the name quite frequently!
I then bought some more from Morrison’s when I went there, this time 40, I said green fusion.
I placed them with the rest of my cigarettes in the drawer. Upon opening a packet, I realised very quickly there was no menthol taste, but instead a horrid disgusting taste which left my tongue and throat feeling quite. I don’t have the receipts for any of these, and feeling quite cheated. Obviously I stocked up enough on them, to only notice now when I opened one of these packs I bought. But obviously it’s now after the ban.

Suggested solution:

They should accept them back (the company) in the post and send out real menthols or reimburse financially since these cigarettes I have been left with are absolutely disgusting!
