John Player Cigarettes complaint: Cigarette burn

My complaint:

I have just open a fresh pack of john players rich cigarettes and i pulled out the 1 st smoke and it was burnt….

Suggested solution:

You should solve my complaint but giving me a voucher of a new package or a carton if possible.
