My complaint:
I am sending in this complaint on behalf of my nanna as well let’s face it…. She wouldn’t know how to even find the internet app on her phone let alone know how to do this.
My nanna has been smoking for years and years and she has definitely lived a life and a half, but because of this she now suffers excruciating pain in her hands which now is only getting more and more worse as for some reason her smokes continuously keep going out in turn then needing her to contort her athritis ridden hands to light it yet again. I too have had a couple of her smokes out of the cartoon she most recently bought and inevitably had to light the smoke again and again which is ridiculous.
My nanna doesn’t deserve to have to endure the pain of the pain staking task of lighting her smoke between nearly even draw.
Suggested solution:
I feel like a replacement for the cartoon she bought most recently would be a good start in reconciling this mishap for sure.
