John Player Cigarettes complaint: dry tobacco

My complaint:

bought from Tesco and within half hour took it back as was so dry when opened but was told they cannot replace it also no green papers, have always smoked jps gold leaf,

Suggested solution:

by replacing a decent 30 gr of jps gold leaf
