My complaint:
With the prices of cigarettes there needs to be better quality control myself and my wife both smoke jps superking real red and the quality has gotten worse by the day we smoke at least 20 per day each and more often than not there is bits of wood in the tobacco and making it difficult to smoke properly you waste parts of your cigarette and then the cigarettes with gaps in the tobacco where the lit end drops off and burns your clothes or carpet, also we have to keep lighting some as they constantly die out.
Suggested solution:
Better quality control we have been smoking for over 45 years and with the prices per packet something needs done to reduce these issues, someone isn't doing their job properly so please get your act together players.
