My complaint:
I’ve smoked John player rich king size forever and I’ve never had this problem. I buy a carton every 2 weeks and one pack the filters kept coming off when I flicked my ashes. It happen to almost half the pack.
Suggested solution:
They should replace them especially when it’s almost 18$ a pack.
