My complaint:
The quality of this packet is very poor..the filter at the end fell to pieces as I smoked it,,the cigarettes where bought at Spar in Euxton,Lancashire so expect the quality I’ve been used to over many years.Also the continue to burn when left,,not a happy bunny as £10a pack I can’t afford to waste.
Suggested solution:
Check the production line,is all equipment working as it should..and replace my pack
