My complaint:
Usually smoke real red King-size, got given a packet of the new crush King-size by mistake. Smoked the first one ,pleasant enough but Usually they stop burning at a certain point but this did not .It carried on burning and a chunk fell out at the end still burning leaving a clean filler. The ‘chunk/plug’ burnt my rug .I thought you should be aware they aren’t as ‘safe’ as your other cigarettes and I’m very careful when I’m smoking and aware of the dangers with fires .

Do more safety checks
