My complaint:
I have been a JP’S Red Crushball ONLY smoker for the past 5yrs, however I have recently noticed in the last 5 packs purchased the tobacco is very loose and tends to fall out, not every cigarette as they are a 25 pack but I would say at least half the pack, I’m generally not one to complain hence why I have let it go for 5 packs later. Just thought you should be aware. I haven’t taken a pic however will do if this happens with the next packet I’m due to purchase today.
Suggested solution:
Wouldn't mind a free pack or 2 for the inconvenience.
