My complaint:
I have recently purchased a packet of John player cigarettes in my local shop in fife. When taking my cigarettes out the packet there’s was a lot of Tobacco coming out of the cigarettes.
Then I realised that there was a sharp object in my cigarette and it fell out the top of my cigarette. These days cigarettes are not cheap and I expect them to be smokeable.
Suggested solution:
Replacement cigarettes.
