My complaint:
I am 44 yrs old smoked same smokes for 25 yrs I buy cartons because of prices of single packs I recently purchased a carton when I got home and opened the first pack was missing 4 smokes to top it off no filters but it looked as if they were on but not inside where they supposed to be all tobaco was falling out if the filter side so I opened another pak and again short the amount these had filters but also one inch from top all were broken I proceed to chek rest and most only had 15 smokes some filtered some not some broken some not I even found some kinda metal strips in some so the price in British Columbia for a cartoon is already crazy and unaffordable I try to go back to Safeway to exchange and inform instead I was treated as a liar and a criminal they would not refund and embarrassed by them getting the police to make me leave I was gone 20 mins from purchase surely not enuff time to do this and for the price why would I do this and just ask for a diff carton no profit in this I am father of 4 boys this is only pleasure I have and can’t afford but 25 yrs I do so anyway but to be embarrassed made to look like a liar and criminal and to top off after escorted out they kept the carton so I couldn’t even send to main company I have supported the players company for so long now I’m complaining and also post on complain .biz
Suggested solution:
I'm not really sure what could fix this but maybe my money back or a new carton that is not broken and short smokes with some kinda poison strips in them and also give Safeway hell for treating me in such a way in front of my 7 yr old son
