My complaint:
Jps blue bought from Tesco Middlesbrough every packet I bought have loose tobacco and less of a decent smoke. Poor quality brands and why have they introduced a seal around the top part of packet making them uneasy to open not happy.
Suggested solution:
Look into the packaging and the standards of the cigarette
