My complaint:
I purchased a 25g pouch and the packaging was terrible, the plastic was not to standard. The plastic cover around the tobacco was very poorly constructed and looked as if a problem had occurred during the production of the pouch. The tobacco was falling out when opening and very dry.
Suggested solution:
A replacement pouch.
