My complaint:
I’m a regular customer of JPS, I bought a 30g pouch of JPS Gold leaf tobacco in the uk. After getting home I decided to weigh the Tobacco as I was curios as to the actual weight of a 30g to find that it was in fact 28.37g? Where is the rest of my tobacco and if your doing this to every pouch then you must be making a wider profit on that. I’ve worked in production and I understand that the scales can vary the weight. But it adds up being nearly 2grams short.
