My complaint:
I purchased two boxes of what I believe to be JPS Player Green Fusion Superkings and was given JPS Players Green Filter Superkings instead. The taste is terrible and there’s no menthol flavor whatsoever.
Suggested solution:
I have the receipt and would like for some JPS Players Green Fusion Superkings to be sent to me as a replacement. It is not yet the 20th of May so the menthol ban is not in effect.
ive just had the same issue at my local garage if isolation isnt bad enoough now stores not aware jps have brought these out to appease us mentol smokers as they have a white tip so have stoocked up before the 20th with a rubbish product guess it will be hunt the stores thst do have some stocks of mentol still in grrr
Thankfully we still have it better than my friends in South Africa, the sale of all alcohol and all cigarettes have been banned in lockdown.. I understand JPS bringing out a new variation to appease menthol smokers but they shouldn’t advertise it as Green in any form, as that shows it is menthol and is false advertising. I’m giving Iqos a try as heated menthol tobacco is still allowed following the ban. There absolutely disgusting they taste like artificial sweeteners.
