My complaint:
My husband bought a 50g of tobacco last month and I smoke it as well his wife I was easing the tobacco out to make a roll up and as I was doing so found something strange in the whole pkt it was full of head hair , so my husband took it back to the shop and they said that they would get the manager to get back to us well we have not heard back from them, he has been told that the manager isn’t in the shop , I feel they are just fobbing us of , if this dosnt get sorted we will be going to the obisman
Suggested solution:
I would like some sort of compensation in this and as far as photos go I didnt take any but I've seen that the tobacco has been removed from all keystores around the uk ,
