My complaint:
I have had 5 or 6 cigarette filters come away from the cigarette causing it to drop off wasting the cigarette and as you now they are to dear to waste it has happened t me a few time from different packets over the past few day but 5 out of 1 packet is unexeptable I don’t now if the glue you are using is not sticking the filter to the cigarette but I felt that I must complain and I’m sure if this is happening to other smokers you may have a few complaints coming to you.
Suggested solution:
Iam sure you have quality controls in your factorys but at the moment the quality is very much below the quality what is expected for the products
