My complaint:
JPS Players Bright: The filter often becomes detached from the main body of the cigarettes I have recently bought in the last 2 weeks. There appears to be no adhesive applied to hold the filter onto the cigarette body. At least 20% of each pack is affected.
Suggested solution:
Apply adhesive to the filter and body and replace the 6 packs I have purchased that have been affected.
