My complaint:
out of my purchase of 100 cigarettes 3 of the packs were faulty as the tips were not connected to the cigarette when taking one from the pack the tips
came away or if i did manage to get one out it fell off whilst lighting. very annoying.
Suggested solution:
please replace the packs i have lost as it is nearly £30
