My complaint:
I’ve bought 3 packets today. Every time I’ve smoked a cigarette and flicked it to get the ash off the cherry falls out and also half of the tobacco. They are loosely packed so the cigarettes don’t burn right. The same has happened with my mums cigarettes.
Suggested solution:
Fix the bloody issue so next time i buy a packet it won’t be a waste of my money and time. And a refund would be nice but doubt it’ll happen.
