My complaint:
The last two packets of JPS Menthol Firm Touch Filter (40’s) have had 1 or 2 cigarettes where the filter has detached in the packet before smoking.
I do not want to smoke unfiltered cigarettes also I believe that the menthol flavour is contained in the filter! Considering the cost of cigarettes these days I believe that JPS should either refund or replace these cigarettes to cover the inconvenience nuisance caused.
I notice that this has happened with other smokers recently also. This must surely be a manufacturing defect.
Suggested solution:
I believe that this defect should be investigated by the manufacturer so that it does not continue to happen. There is a number on the base of the packet which may help in this regard : 1H20JQB 1652 Taiwan
I would also appreciate a refund or replacement for these cigarettes the inconvenience caused.
