My complaint:
On Monday 9th of August I put 28 jps for €16.50 from my local convenient store gala on castleforbes rd dublin 1.
The packet of cigarettes firstly extremely light in weight. Then I smoked 1 from the pack and got a very strange taste. Not smokeable. Then I noticed the cigarette burning down extremely quick, witch seemed very strange. Not normal at all.
As you can imagine I was very annoyed and unsatisfied so I brought them bk to were I purchased them after I finished work.i spoke too the manager of gala and he ridley told me its basically not his problem , it was up too me to get in touch with John player directly. I was extremely frustrated as all I was looking for was an exchange for a new pack. Or my money back. I was so Disappointed and embarrassed.
