My complaint:
I purchased a pack of Cigarettes from my local Spar store 210 Cambridge Road, KT1 3LU on the 3/02/2024. Once I opened the pack I noticed that a number of cigarettes were not filled correctly. I also noticed that they were burning too quickly.
The current rise in price of the cigarettes this is unacceptable as I have wasted my money due to having to go back to the store and purchase another packet of cigarettes. I am aware of the risk in smoking and that is a risk I am willing to take. I have always purchased John players Cigarettes and with this issue I am considering changing my brand of cigarettes.
Suggested solution:
I would like this to be resolved with a full refund for the faulty pack of cigarettes. Then a refund for the pack of cigarettes I had to purchase to replace the faulty cigarettes.
I am unable able to rate my experience as this issues hasn't as been resolved once this has been resolved. I will be able to rate my experience
