My complaint:
I bought a 20 pack of players red superking today from my local Tesco. Upon returning home and going outside for a cigarette i opened them and to my shock there was only 12 cigarettes in my packet!!!! I don’t understand how this has possibly happened as I presume a machine packs the cigarettes! But with how much they are now being £12.85 per pack I’m disgusted that 8 of them were missing!! I would like this rectifying asap please I have smoked these cigarettes for years but, I have absolutely no problem in changing to a different brand if need be! I returned the cigarettes to Tesco and they informed me they can’t do anything! I don’t understand how something like this happens! I hope I get a response to this i outrage! Many thanks
