John Player Cigarettes complaint: 2 x Gold leaf 50g tobacco

My complaint:

So far I’ve bought 2 x 50 grand pouches of gold leaf and both patches have had really big bits of bark long bitch. Which I don’t think is right I bought it from the co-op in Farnham Road Harold Hill Romford Essex RM3. I believe this is unacceptable as use smokers pay a lot of money. Not to expect big bits in tobacco are you come smoke

Suggested solution:

Buy replacement of the 2 x 50g patches of tobacco that I’ve had. Otherwise I will look to go for a different brand it seems to be getting longer and thicker bits every time now.
