My complaint:
I bought 3 packages of cigarettes from Burford market. When I lit up a cigarette I would take a few drags and then the heater fell off. I had to relight my cigarette 4 to5 times to finish it. I don’t know if it was stale tobacco or a faulty cigarette. I went back to the store to return them and they said there was nothing they could do.
Suggested solution:
I would like them to be replaced at 17.00 dollars a package they are not cheap .
